Work Location

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead recruitment for engineering, architecture, and technical roles.
- Design KPI systems and performance management frameworks.
- Oversee employee relations, engagement, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and organizational structure.
- Support workforce planning and talent development.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of HR experience is required.
- Proven UAE HR Manager experience is required.
- Engineering, construction, or consultancy experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of technical roles is required.
- Experience with performance management systems and KPIs is required.
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law is required.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree is required.
- Arabic language proficiency is required.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
