Architect – Operations & Project Manager | Arabic Speaker

Role Overview

Project Management and Execution

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery across different project types.
• Manage project schedules, priorities, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
• Identify risks, delays, and challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports, management updates, records, approvals, correspondence, and other documentation.

Operations and Administration

• Oversee operational and administrative activities related to projects and internal teams.
• Coordinate departmental workflows, team priorities, resources, and workloads.
• Follow up on internal processes, approvals, procurement, documentation, and operational requirements.
• Support management with operational planning, reporting, coordination, and decision-making.
• Improve efficiency through effective processes, procedures, and reporting systems.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture is mandatory.
• At least 12 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• Professional architectural experience in an architectural or design environment is required.
• Proven Project Manager experience with strong operational experience is required.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects and multiple priorities is required.
• Experience in architecture, design, engineering, construction, or consulting is required.

Required Capabilities

• Strong project planning, execution, coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery experience.
• Strong operational and administrative management experience alongside project management.
• Solid understanding of architectural, design, construction, and project workflows.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, follow-up, decision-making, and time-management abilities.

Compensation

• The stated pay is AED 15,000 to AED 20,000 per month.
