The Opportunity

  • This position works out of our Mississauga location in the Diabetes Care Division.
  • As Product Manager, you'll lead strategy, execution, and optimization of the consumer facing digital ecosystem for FreeStyle Libre systems in Canada.

What You'll Do

  • Lead development and execution of consumer digital ecosystem strategy.
  • Own website strategy and optimization including UX/UI, CRO, AEO/GEO.
  • Drive integrated digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Manage digital content strategy and leverage data for optimization.
  • Lead influencer and social media engagement strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Three to five years of experience required.
  • Proven experience leading end to end digital engagement strategies.
  • Strong expertise in digital performance measurement.
  • Hands on experience with digital platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, CRM, CMS, SEO tools).
  • Experience in regulated environments is an asset.

Salary Range

  • Annual base salary: CAD 99,750.00 to CAD 146,300.00.
