About the Role

Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers
- Develop and implement effective procurement and sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with reliable and cost effective suppliers
- Evaluate supplier quotations, proposals, and commercial terms
- Prepare vendor comparison reports and obtain necessary approvals
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with engineering, project, and operations teams to understand technical specifications
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain an approved vendor database
- Manage day to day procurement activities and purchasing processes
- Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company procedures
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement requests as required
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably within landscaping, construction, or engineering industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and commercial evaluation skills
- Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and procurement best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel
- Experience with procurement software and ERP systems is an advantage
- UAE experience is preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given preference

Requirements
