The Opportunity
- The Digital Strategy Group (DSG) EMEA is Adobe’s strategic advisory team, partnering with world’s leading brands to shape their digital experience vision and accelerate business transformation.
- As a Principal Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to C suite leaders across Regulated industries (financial services, insurance, pharma, healthcare & public sector).
- This is a high impact individual contributor role combining industry expertise, critical thinking and consultative engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Advisory & Executive Engagement – Partner with C suite leaders across Regulated Industries. Shape transformation strategies and lead executive discussions aligned to Adobe’s capabilities.
- Vision & Experience Strategy – Co create 'north star' customer experiences. Define the capabilities required to deliver them.
- Value & Business Case Development – Develop value based narratives and quantified business cases. Demonstrate the economic impact of Adobe solutions.
- Deal Strategy & Opportunity Acceleration – Work with enterprise sales teams to shape complex opportunities. Position Adobe as a strategic transformation partner.
- Industry Thought Leadership & Ecosystem Collaboration – Contribute to industry vision. Partner across sales, consulting, product and ecosystem teams to deliver high impact engagements.
What You'll Need
- Industry Expertise – Experience working with organisations in financial service, insurance, pharma, healthcare & public sector. Strong understanding of digital transformation trends in these sectors.
- Digital Transformation & Customer Experience – Knowledge of customer experience, digital marketing, data and technology enabled engagement.
- Executive Engagement – Ability to influence C suite and senior leaders. Translate complex ideas into clear strategic narratives.
- Strategic Problem Solving – Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to structure complex problems and develop clear recommendations.
- Consultative Collaboration – Experience supporting complex enterprise opportunities. Skilled in value storytelling, crafting financial justifications, and cross functional collaboration.
