The Challenge
The Partner Sales Manager is passionate about aligning partner value to customer accounts with the ambition to grow, develop and build a strategic partner ecosystem in the Middle East Markets.
This role is an extension of the Adobe Sales organisation with responsibility for leading our Global and Regional Partner ecosystems consisting of Systems Integrators, strategic Consulting firms, eCommerce, Digital and Marketing Agencies who are passionate about delivering value to brands and accelerate their Digital Experiences levering Adobe solutions and build strong Adobe practices. You will work with your portfolio of partners aligning with Sales and Marketing to drive partner go-to-market strategy to generate partner pipeline and concert it into measurable business success.
What You Ll Do
- Drive partner sales revenue by maintaining successful relationships with decision makers across the region. This will be done at the executive and management levels at Systems Integrators, Consultancies and Agencies.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales teams and other lines of business to drive deal registration with your partners.
- Lead and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies with new and existing partners.
- Work with Partners to drive joint marketing initiatives through events and other marketing campaigns that generate quantifiable demand.
- Work creatively with Partners around co solutioning and the Partner Solution Consulting team to ensure effective Sales enablement around Adobe solutions.
- Work with the Partners to develop Partner success metrics that drive customer adoption and revenue growth using a Joint Business Plan to measure effectiveness of the Partnership
- Deliver compelling capabilities demonstrations of the platform and address high level technical questions, serving as a subject matter authority within digital experience ecosystems.
- Assist leadership in cultivating an environment of collaboration, willingness, creativity, and continuous improvement.
What You Need To Succeed
- At least 5+ years of experience with alliances and partners in particular Global System Integrators and Global Agencies.
- At least 3 + years direct or indirect sales experience with consistent record of exceeding revenue targets
- Strong experience of working in the Middle East Market
- Track record of developing and growing partner businesses
- Abilities to engage up to C-level executives within the partners
- Software company experience, agency or SI/Agency background is a plus
- You thrive with challenges and have history of successfully, consistently achieving revenue goals and objectives, within a sophisticated client acquisition driven business, preferably in the enterprise space.
- Passion for getting things done in an ambiguous environment, enjoy working hard, are full of energy for challenges, and seize opportunities more than others.
- Superb Relationship/Network building skills
