**Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC (PTWL)** is seeking an experienced and results-driven **Operations Manager** with extensive UAE experience in commercial projects.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in managing operations, teams, and large-scale project delivery across landscaping, technical works, MEP, or construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations across commercial landscaping and technical projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to ensure completion within timelines and approved budgets.
- Lead and manage site teams, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments to maintain smooth project progress.
- Control project costs, manpower, materials, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Prepare operational reports and provide performance insights to senior management.
- Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum **10 years of UAE experience** in a similar **Operations Manager** role.
- Strong experience managing **commercial projects** (landscaping or related technical works).
- Proven leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction and landscaping practices.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid **UAE Driving License (preferred)**.
