Role Overview
Oversee daily delivery operations and lead driver performance.
Ensure operational efficiency, high service standards, and continuous improvement across delivery activities.
Operations and Performance
- Supervise driver operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor orders per shift, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
- Manage driver performance, improvement plans, and recognition of top performers.
Shift and Dispatch Coordination
- Plan and assign shifts, ensuring full route coverage and smooth handovers.
- Coordinate with dispatch to optimize driver allocation and operational efficiency.
Support and Compliance
- Provide coaching and support and resolve operational issues and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, policies, and branding standards.
- Prepare performance reports and collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in delivery operations or a supervisory role.
- Strong ability to monitor KPIs and drive operational efficiency.
- Proven leadership, team management, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in delivery management systems and operational software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
