Ninja is hiring an Incubation Specialist to help restaurant partners grow.
The role owns partner relationships and supports stronger commercial and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Own restaurant partner relationships.
- Identify growth opportunities for partners.
- Drive campaigns and improve partner performance.
- Increase partner orders and revenue.
- Improve partners' day-to-day operations.
- Use data and performance dashboards to monitor performance.
Requirements
- Have 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales or e-commerce.
- Have experience in FoodTech, food and beverage, hospitality or online delivery.
- Demonstrate a commercial mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Be comfortable working with data and performance dashboards.
- Be proactive, hands-on and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Be fluent in Arabic and English.
- Have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
