Role Overview
Support daily last-mile delivery operations by receiving, organizing, verifying, and handing over orders to riders and drivers.
Work with operations and warehouse teams to maintain smooth and efficient delivery operations.
Responsibilities
- Support smooth and timely dispatch of delivery orders.
- Maintain a safe and organized hub and working environment.
- Coordinate with supervisors, riders, drivers, Order Care, Acquisition, and warehouse teams.
- Support peak-demand operations and escalate operational issues when required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, warehousing, or operations; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Good attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
