Job Summary
Lead network support and operations across enterprise environments.
Oversee network services, technical teams, suppliers, escalations, and reliable secure network operations.
Manage LAN/WAN, wireless, routing, switching, VPN, and firewall services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily network support and operations and guide network services team members.
- Manage suppliers and act as the primary escalation point for support staff and end users.
- Troubleshoot complex LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewall, VPN, and wireless issues.
- Manage network security, incident response, firewall administration, and VPN services.
- Support ITIL-aligned incident, request, asset, and service level management processes.
- Coordinate client requests and dispatch complex issues to L2/L3 technical teams.
- Monitor incidents and performance and drive complex problems to resolution.
- Support migrations, new-site implementations, and network enhancement projects.
Design and Documentation
- Develop and review HLDs, LLDs, network diagrams, and Visio documentation.
- Support implementation and deployment of new network designs and enhancements.
- Define procedures for network installation, acceptance testing, and proactive maintenance.
