Role overview
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance across multiple operational locations in Qatar.
Supported locations include petrol stations, vehicle inspection stations, and fuel depots.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support and resolve helpdesk tickets within service-level agreements.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, Windows operating systems, software, and peripherals.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, system updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and network connectivity at a basic level.
- Support business applications and retail or forecourt automation systems.
- Assist with fuel dispenser, forecourt controller, and automatic tank gauging system installation and configuration.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on technical issues and projects.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, and related documentation.
- Visit operational sites across Qatar to provide onsite IT support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of IT support or IT administration experience.
- Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT asset management.
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, ITIL 4 Foundation, or Azure/cloud certifications are preferred.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
- The role provides support at multiple operational sites across Qatar.
