About the Role
One&Only The Palm seeks a Minibar Attendant to ensure guest room minibars are fully stocked, clean, and accurately inventoried. The role involves replenishing items, recording consumption, and maintaining stock levels to support a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities
- Ensure all guest room minibars are fully stocked and maintained according to resort standards
- Replenish minibar food and beverage items accurately and promptly
- Record minibar consumption and ensure charges are posted correctly
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and product quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar equipment and storage areas
- Conduct regular minibar inventory checks and report discrepancies
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Respond promptly to guest requests related to minibar services
- Report any maintenance issues, breakages, or equipment concerns to the Supervisor
- Attend team briefings, meetings, and required training sessions
- Support energy and water conservation initiatives
- Maintain excellent personal hygiene and follow health and safety standards
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a hotel or resort environment
- Good attention to detail
- Basic inventory management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Good English communication skills
- Additional language is an advantage

- We are looking for a Minibar Attendant to join the Food & Beverage team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all guest room minibars are fully stocked and maintained according to resort standards.
- Replenish minibar food and beverage items accurately and promptly.
- Record minibar consumption and ensure charges are posted correctly.
