What You’ll Be Doing
- As a Membership Sales Agent, you’re not just selling gym memberships - you’re helping people transform their lives.
- You’ll bring energy, confidence, and hustle to every interaction, whether you're on the gym floor, hosting outreach events, or connecting with corporate partners.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating leads through creative outreach, referrals, and local events
- Listening to prospects and understanding what truly motivates them
- Hitting daily and monthly sales targets
- Delivering outstanding service that turns enquiries into committed members
- Representing the GymNation brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- A natural people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Someone passionate about fitness, who genuinely believes in the product
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Excellent communication skills (fluent English is essential)
- Sales or fitness industry experience is a plus, but not essential
