Job Purpose
Lead quality controls, assessments, and testing frameworks for ITD projects and systems.
Ensure implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement in line with technology governance, quality standards, and sector guidelines.
Drive cross-departmental coordination and strategic risk mitigation for ITD systems and projects.
Strategy
- Oversee development, implementation, and periodic review of technology quality assurance frameworks and standards.
- Support transitions from solution development to operational support under AGF, TQA, and IT governance guidelines.
Operations
- Plan and coordinate quality assurance and testing activities for technology programs and projects.
- Define acceptance criteria for project transitions and handovers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to verify quality controls throughout project and system lifecycles.
- Conduct usability, language, multi-browser, multi-device, UAT, and deferred-item assessments.
- Evaluate incident reports, coordinate corrective and preventive actions, and oversee risk assessments.
Product and Process Improvement
- Prepare periodic quality performance reports covering trends, risks, and recommendations.
- Identify service improvement opportunities from user feedback, audit findings, and internal quality reviews.
- Amend QA criteria and assessments to remain comprehensive and aligned with operational needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or computer science, or a master’s degree in quality management or IT management.
- At least 9 years of experience with a master’s degree or 11 years with a bachelor’s degree.
Technical Competencies
- Project management.
- Quality assurance, testing, and post-launch evaluation.
- Technology policy and framework governance.
- UX research and user testing.
