The Lady in Red is Kempinski's Residence Ambassador and First Lady.
The role welcomes, meets, and farewells residents and guests and communicates with them while providing high-quality service.
The position is empowered to make immediate decisions concerning resident and guest well-being.
Department and Location
- The role is within Rooms Division, Front Office and Guest Services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Front Desk and Concierge operations and substitute for the Front Office Duty Manager when absent.
- Handle resident and guest comments and complaints and follow up on resolutions.
- Coordinate with operating departments and assist with security-related matters.
- Review arrival correspondence and follow up on resident and guest needs.
- Promote in-house sales and facilities to maximize residence revenues.
- Inspect areas for cleanliness and health and safety, maintain accurate residence information, and follow emergency procedures.
- Respond to operational requests, resolve problematic situations, and conduct effective team handovers.
Qualifications
- Higher College and/or hotel management education.
- Minimum two years of Front Office supervisory experience.
- Experience in a five-star property or residence is preferred.
- Proven track record with good progression and a mature, customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Russian.
- An additional language is a plus.
