About the Role
One&Only Resorts is looking for a Kids Only Supervisor to oversee children's activities at the Royal Mirage in Dubai. The role involves supervising counselors, managing daily operations, ensuring safety and quality, and developing engaging programs.

Responsibilities
- Supervise Kids Only Counselors, babysitters, and attendants
- Greet children and assist guests with requests and enquiries
- Ensure all welcome materials and kits are available per SOPs
- Manage stated areas to ensure smooth and efficient operation
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, risk assessments, policies, and health guidelines
- Update children's profiles with preferences, medical conditions, allergies
- Promote and encourage guest participation in activities
- Motivate and encourage staff for best performance
- Assist in preparing and organizing Kids Only and resort activities
- Develop new activities for the Kids Only program
- Supervise babysitting department and manage payroll processes
- Conduct departmental trainings and attend meetings
Requirements
- Childcare & Education graduate with recent and relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and multi tasking skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to relate to children from all age groups

Job Summary
- The Kids Only supervisor directly supervises all the Counselors and other members of the team providing services for the children.
- He/she assists the Assistant Manager in overseeing the overall operation of the Kids Only facilities to ensure a smooth running, responsive, highly personalized, and efficient service for the participating children.
- In the absence of the Kids Only Manager he/she reports to the Recreation Manager or in the absence to the Director of Sports & Leisure.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- To be present at arrivals and departures to greet the children.
- Welcome, greets and assist guests with any request, enquiries, and directions.
- Ensures all necessary Welcome/invitation letters/cards, Introduction letters and complimentary arrivals kits are always available and ready at appropriate times, according to Kids Only Standard Operation procedures.
- Direct and liaise with the Kids Only Counselors, Babysitters, and attendant.
- Manage stated areas ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Ensure all SOP’s, Risk Assessments, policies and Procedures and Health guidelines are followed accordingly.
- Ensures to update all the kids profile pertaining to their preferences, medical conditions/ allergies etc.
- Actively promote and encourage the participation of guest in all activities and events.
- Motivate and encourage the staff to ensure their best performance.
- Stay abreast of changes in the program and put these into practice.
- Assists with preparing and organizing all Kids Only activities as needed as well as Resort sponsored activities, in conjunction with Recreation, such as Family Fun Fair, Easter and Festive
- To develop new activities to be implemented as part of the Kids only program.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- Childcare & Education graduate with recent and relevant Experience is an advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years in a similar role is required.
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and multi tasking skills
- Ability to work within, as well as to lead and motivate the team to achieve outstanding results.
- Ability to relate to the requirements of children from all age groups.
