About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with assigned key accounts
- Build annual business plans aligned with customer objectives
- Identify opportunities to increase sales, profitability, and market penetration
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and promotional activities
- Monitor account performance against agreed KPIs
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless customer service
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and account development plans
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend commercial actions
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining long term partnerships
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B Sales
- Experience managing large corporate or retail customers
- Strong commercial negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship building and communication abilities
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Experience using CRM platforms
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic would be an advantage
