Role Overview
Imperial Group is seeking an IT Specialist to manage and support organizational IT infrastructure.
The role covers system performance, network security, end-user support, hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting, and technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot user devices and peripherals.
- Administer Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
- Manage accounts, permissions, email accounts, and access rights.
- Maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, internet services, switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
- Perform backups, disaster recovery, and data restoration.
- Maintain antivirus, endpoint protection, and cybersecurity policies.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and resolve issues proactively.
- Coordinate vendors, procurement, licensing, and technical support.
- Maintain asset inventories and software license records.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Support meeting rooms, video conferencing, collaboration tools, projects, upgrades, migrations, and user training.
