Site Supervision & Team Management
- Plan and supervise irrigation technicians and site teams
- Manage daily site activities and ensure smooth workflow
- Guide and support teams on irrigation practices and installation methods
Irrigation Systems Management
- Oversee installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of irrigation systems
- Handle preventive and corrective maintenance for drip, sprinkler, bubbler, subsurface, and automated systems
- Supervise pumps, valves, solenoids, controllers, and related components
Project Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with project and operations teams for timely completion of works
- Supervise installation activities and ensure alignment with approved drawings
- Ensure proper execution of drainage and irrigation layouts
Quality Control & Performance
- Monitor system performance and identify issues early
- Take corrective actions to maintain system efficiency
- Ensure quality standards and deadlines are consistently met
Materials & Inventory
- Manage materials, stock, and spare parts on site
- Ensure availability of resources for smooth operations
- Support procurement and assist in basic cost control
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with UAE municipal regulations and water usage guidelines
- Maintain industry standards in all irrigation activities
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in irrigation supervision
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and maintenance practices
- Proven ability to lead and manage site teams
- Experience in inventory control and procurement support
- Knowledge of UAE irrigation regulations and standards
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Good communication and site management ability
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
