We are seeking an experienced and proactive Irrigation Supervisor to oversee irrigation site operations, system installation, and maintenance activities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading site teams, ensuring efficient execution of irrigation projects, and maintaining high-quality standards across all systems.
This role requires strong technical knowledge of irrigation systems and proven leadership experience in managing field teams.
Key Responsibilitiessite Supervision & Team Management
- Plan, schedule, and supervise irrigation technicians and site teams.
- Lead daily site operations and ensure efficient use of manpower and resources.
- Provide on-site guidance, training, and support to teams on irrigation systems and best practices.
Irrigation Systems Management
- Oversee installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of irrigation systems.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for drip, sprinkler, bubbler, subsurface, and automated irrigation systems.
- Supervise pumps, valves, solenoids, controllers, and related system components.
Project Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with Operations and Project Managers to ensure timely project completion.
- Supervise irrigation design execution, installation works, and drainage systems.
- Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Performance & Quality Control
- Monitor system performance and identify issues proactively.
- Implement corrective actions and continuous improvements on site.
- Ensure quality standards and project deadlines are consistently met.
Materials & Inventory Management
- Manage materials, purchase orders, inventory, and spare parts.
- Ensure timely availability of resources for site operations and maintenance works.
- Support procurement activities and assist in cost control measures.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with UAE municipal regulations and water usage guidelines.
- Maintain adherence to industry standards and best practices in irrigation systems.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in irrigation engineering and supervision.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, components, and maintenance practices.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Experience in inventory control and procurement support.
- Familiarity with UAE municipal regulations related to irrigation and water usage.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and site management abilities.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
