Housekeeping Manager position in a VIP household.
Responsible for managing all housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, organization, presentation, and service standards while maintaining complete confidentiality and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations and staff.
- Allocate duties, monitor performance, and ensure high-quality service.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and ultra-luxury presentation standards.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning, hygiene, grooming, and service etiquette.
- Manage laundry, linen, cleaning materials, and housekeeping supplies.
- Prepare the household and guest areas for VIP and high-profile visitors.
- Coordinate with other household staff and departments as required.
- Handle luxury furniture, fixtures, fabrics, and household items with proper care.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the principals, family, guests, and household activities.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and household standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a VIP household, luxury hotel, palace, or private residence.
- Strong leadership and staff management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Professional appearance, communication, and service attitude.
- Good command of English.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Flexible and able to work according to VIP household requirements.
