About the Role
One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai is looking for a Host to welcome and assist VIP guests. You will handle check-in, concierge enquiries, and ensure personalized service from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist all VIP guests with check in, escorting, concierge enquiries, and resort orientation
- Take note of all VIP arrivals and ensure special requests are attended to
- Ensure all VIP arrival guests are greeted warmly and personalized as per standard procedures
- Attend departmental briefing and submit daily arrival lists with comments
- Communicate special requests or comments to the team and manager
- Have thorough knowledge of resort layout to assist guests with directions or tours
- Recognize guests celebrating special occasions and coordinate celebrations
- Update guest profiles in Opera and ensure passport copies are attached
- Carry out daily courtesy calls to check guest satisfaction
- Ensure room allocation is done as per guest requests as much as possible
Requirements
- At least 1 2 years experience in a similar role in upscale luxury hospitality or five star hotels
- Customer service and reservations background
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language
- Computer literacy including Opera system

Role Overview
- Host at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai.
- Ensure VIP guests experience personalized service from arrival to departure.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist all VIP guests with check in, escorting, concierge enquiries, and resort orientation.
- At start of shift, take note of all VIP arrivals and ensure special requests attended to.
- Ensure all VIP arrival guests are greeted warmly and personalized as per standard procedures.
- Adhere to all Resort rules and regulations and follow communications briefed by Manager.
- Attend departmental briefing at start of each shift and submit daily arrival lists with comments.
- Communicate any special requests or comments immediately to team and Manager.
- Have good knowledge of all attractions, sales promotions, and resort activities.
- Have thorough knowledge of resort layout to assist guests with directions or tours.
- Recognize guests celebrating special occasions and ensure required actions taken.
- Update guest profiles in Opera and ensure passport copies attached to registration cards.
- Drop registration cards at Front Desk back office at end of shift.
- Organize special amenities for VIP arrivals and complaints handling or special celebrations.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 1 2 years experience in a similar role in upscale luxury hospitality industry or five star hotels.
- Customer service and reservations background with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language.
- Computer literacy including relevant software and experience in Opera system.
- Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
