Perfect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Horticulturist to support landscaping and maintenance projects.
The role focuses on ensuring healthy plant growth, high-quality soft landscaping execution, and maintaining strong horticultural standards across all project sites.
Key Responsibilitiesplanning & Execution
- Plan, supervise, and execute soft landscaping and horticultural activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of planting and landscape designs on site.
Plant Selection & Management
- Select suitable plants, trees, shrubs, turf, and seasonal flowers based on climate and project requirements.
- Monitor plant health, soil conditions, fertilization programs, irrigation systems, and pruning schedules.
Pest & Disease Control
- Identify and treat plant diseases, pests, and nutritional deficiencies using appropriate methods.
- Implement preventive care measures to maintain plant health and quality.
Quality & Site Supervision
- Ensure proper planting techniques and maintain high-quality standards on all sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess landscape and plant conditions.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with irrigation, maintenance, and project teams to ensure optimal plant performance.
- Prepare detailed site reports and progress updates as required.
Team Guidance
- Provide technical supervision, guidance, and training to gardeners and site staff.
- Support continuous improvement in landscaping practices and site quality standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in landscaping or horticulture (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of regional plant species, irrigation practices, and horticultural standards.
- Proven ability to manage site teams and multiple activities effectively.
- Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality standards.
