Planning & Execution
- Plan and supervise soft landscaping and horticulture work on site
- Ensure proper execution of planting and landscape designs
Plant Selection & Care
- Choose suitable plants, trees, shrubs, turf, and seasonal flowers based on project and climate
- Monitor plant health, soil conditions, fertilization, irrigation, and pruning schedules
Pest & Disease Control
- Identify and treat plant diseases, pests, and nutrient issues
- Apply preventive care to maintain healthy and strong plant growth
Site Quality & Supervision
- Ensure proper planting methods and maintain quality standards across sites
- Conduct regular site inspections to check plant and landscape condition
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with irrigation, maintenance, and project teams
- Share site updates and basic progress reports when needed
Team Support
- Guide and supervise gardeners and site staff
- Support better landscaping practices and improve site quality
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field
- 5–7 years of landscaping/horticulture experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Good knowledge of regional plants, irrigation, and horticultural practices
- Ability to manage site teams and handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and focus on quality work
