About the Role
- The HoReCa Supervisor drives consistent and profitable sales growth within the HoReCa channel through close interaction with customers, distributors, and prospects.
- The role supports development and execution of channel strategies, leads negotiations, and ensures strong market penetration.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and propose the annual operational sales plan for the channel in alignment with the Sales Manager.
- Shape the mid term sales strategy and assess market positioning.
- Ensure effective budget control, propose sales volume and value targets, manage costs, and lead forecasting.
- Work with Trade Marketing to manage channel trade spend and Gross to Net forecasting.
- Drive implementation of Sales Development to achieve growth and revenue targets.
- Monitor market to identify opportunities and collaborate with Marketing for brand execution.
- Ensure Perfect Store Execution for optimal product visibility and availability.
- Lead commercial negotiations with customers and distributors.
- Maintain strong relationship management with customers and prospects.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Out of Home team.
- Define and manage optimal sales structure including headcount and route to market.
About You
- 3 5 years’ experience in Sales, ideally within FMCG in the UAE region.
- Exposure to HoReCa or Out of Home channel and understanding of distributor dynamics.
- Commercially minded and proactive with strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Hands on and execution focused approach with ability to support sales planning and manage budgets.
- Proven experience in managing or supervising teams.
