Requirements
- 3 5 years’ experience in Sales, ideally within the FMCG sector in the UAE region
- Exposure to the HoReCa or Out of Home channel
- Strong understanding of distributor and customer dynamics
- Commercially minded and proactive profile
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify opportunities to strengthen market presence
- Hands on and execution focused approach
- Proven experience in managing or supervising teams

About the Role
- The HoReCa Supervisor is responsible for driving consistent and profitable sales growth within the HoReCa channel through close interaction with customers, distributors, and prospects.
- The role supports the development and execution of channel strategies, leads negotiations, and ensures strong market penetration.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and propose the annual operational sales plan for the channel in alignment with the Sales Manager.
- Shape the mid term sales strategy.
- Assess market positioning and identify product needs.
- Ensure effective budget control in line with business objectives.
