The Growth Strategy Team

  • The Healthcare Growth Strategy team is responsible for defining how Healthcare EliseAI products are positioned, understood, and valued in the market.
  • Healthcare Growth Strategy operates as a startup within a startup run with the intensity and ownership of a founding team.
  • Roles on this team sit at the intersection of strategic thinking, technical ability, and full ownership of execution.

About The Role

  • As a Growth Strategy Manager on the Healthcare team, you'll own the most complex and ambiguous problems the team faces.
  • You'll operate with broad autonomy and minimal direction, setting strategic direction on product positioning, engagement architecture, and go to market execution.
  • This role is ideal for someone with a strategy, consulting, or operational background who operates at a high level of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Healthcare growth strategy across inbound, outbound, content, events, partnerships, and product launches.
  • Establish growth measurement frameworks, attribution models, and performance KPIs.
  • Build scalable systems for lead generation, qualification, conversion, and lifecycle engagement.
  • Own Healthcare content and thought leadership strategy.
  • Lead conference and event strategy, including sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and post event pipeline generation.
  • Develop repeatable content and event playbooks.
  • Own sales enablement strategy, ensuring teams have positioning, messaging, collateral, training, and competitive intelligence.
  • Lead go to market strategy for major launches and initiatives.
  • Define and evolve Healthcare product and platform positioning.
  • Build feedback loops from customer conversations, win/loss analysis, performance data, and market dynamics.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership on growth priorities, market expansion, and investment decisions.

Requirements

  • 5 8 years of experience, with a foundation in management consulting, investment banking, strategy & operations, or a high growth startup.
  • Demonstrated track record of owning complex, cross functional initiatives end to end and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional at structuring ambiguous problems and setting strategic direction.
  • Communicate with clarity and conviction.
  • Equally comfortable in strategy and technical build.
  • Experience building systems and processes that scale.
  • Naturally lead across functions, building trust and driving alignment without formal authority.
  • Willing to work in person at our office 4 days a week.

Job Compensation Range

  • The salary range for this role is $170,000 $210,000.
  • EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package including base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
