Responsibilities
- Own end to end client journey for a portfolio of mid market accounts from rollout through adoption, expansion, and renewal
- Build tailored success plans grounded in each client's goals and context
- Drive adoption through structured enablement and trusted advisory relationships
- Lead renewals and drive expansion by identifying growth opportunities
- Monitor health metrics and usage signals to spot disengagement and escalate proactively
- Automate workflows using AI tooling to create leverage across portfolio
- Work within engagement playbooks and adapt to client context
- Mentor Engagement Associates and partner with Product and Legal Engineering
Requirements
- 5+ years in management consulting, client advisory, customer facing role in B2B SaaS, or legal field
- Track record of driving measurable adoption, retention, and expansion
- Strong stakeholder instincts and EQ
- Fluent with AI and ability to automate workflows
- Strong data instincts and metrics driven approach
- Energized by fast paced, early stage environment
- Passion for in office collaboration (5 days per week in Union Square HQ)

What You’ll Do
- Be the face of Legora for a portfolio of mid market accounts, owning the end to end client journey.
- Build tailored success plans grounded in each client's goals and context.
- Drive adoption through structured enablement and trusted advisory relationships.
- Lead renewals and drive expansion, identifying growth opportunities.
- Get ahead of risk by monitoring health metrics and usage signals.
- Build with AI, automating workflows and using AI tooling to create leverage.
- Work within Legora's engagement playbooks, exercising independent judgment.
- Mentor Engagement Associates and partner with Product and Legal Engineering.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in management consulting, client advisory, customer facing role in B2B SaaS, or legal field.
- Track record of driving measurable adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Strong stakeholder instincts and EQ.
- Exposure to legal teams, regulated industries, or legal tech a plus.
- Fluent with AI, able to build and automate workflows.
- Strong data instincts and metrics driven read on customer health.
- Energized by fast paced, early stage environment.
- Passion for in office collaboration (5 days per week in Union Square HQ).

Compensation
- Compensation Range: $160K $185K per year.
