- Strong customer facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with a friendly and professional approach to guests
- Experience or familiarity with Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including serving procedures and basic menu knowledge
- Basic Cooking awareness to understand menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, manage multiple tables, and maintain attention to detail and cleanliness
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and a good command of English

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Food Server role based in Limassol Municipality.
- The Food Server will greet guests, present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Responsibilities include taking accurate orders, coordinating with the kitchen, serving food and drinks, and ensuring tables are set, clean, and properly maintained.
- The role involves handling payments, issuing receipts, and following hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times.
- The Food Server will work closely with the front of house and kitchen teams to provide a positive dining experience, respond to guest requests, and assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong customer facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with a friendly and professional approach to guests.
- Experience or familiarity with Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including serving procedures and basic menu knowledge.
- Basic Cooking awareness to understand menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods in order to answer guest questions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, manage multiple tables, and maintain attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
- Previous experience as a Food Server, Waitstaff, or in hospitality is preferred but not always required; on the job training may be provided.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and a good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
