- Complete work orders, maintain tools and equipment, and document all repairs and services accurately
- Support preventive maintenance schedules and assist with minor installation or upgrade projects
Requirements
- Technical skills in basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general mechanical maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and maintenance instructions
- Experience in facility maintenance or building services
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work on site in Doha, Qatar, including occasional extended hours, shifts, or emergency call outs
- Relevant technical diploma, trade certification, or vocational training preferred

Role Description
- The Multi Technician role is a full time, on site position based in Doha, Qatar.
- The Multi Technician will perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of building systems, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment, following safety and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Responding to maintenance requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with supervisors and other technicians to ensure minimal downtime and smooth facility operations.
- Completing work orders, maintaining tools and equipment, and documenting all repairs and services accurately.
- Supporting preventive maintenance schedules and assisting with minor installation or upgrade projects as required.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general mechanical maintenance appropriate for a multi skilled technician role.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and maintenance instructions, and to use standard hand and power tools safely.
- Experience in facility maintenance or building services within commercial, residential, or industrial environments.
- Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and complete multiple work orders efficiently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with supervisors, colleagues, and clients on site.
- Willingness to work on site in Doha, Qatar, including occasional extended hours, shifts, or emergency call outs as needed.
- Relevant technical diploma, trade certification, or vocational training in maintenance, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices and the ability to follow health and safety regulations and company procedures.
