- Prepare and bake a variety of products including bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts
- Develop and refine recipes to maintain quality and consistency
- Decorate pastries and desserts to a high presentation standard
- Ensure all products meet taste, texture, and appearance expectations
- Monitor ingredient quality and manage stock levels
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery section
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment properly
- Plan production schedules based on demand and orders
- Minimize waste and control costs effectively
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Bakery Chef, Pastry Chef, or similar role
- Formal culinary training or relevant certification is preferred
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and recipe development
- Creativity and attention to detail in food presentation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Summary
- The Bakery & Pastry Chef is responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting a wide range of baked goods and desserts.
