Responsibilities
- Greet guests, present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness of the dining area
- Coordinate with the kitchen to handle orders, special requests, and dietary needs
- Process payments and address guest questions or concerns
- Maintain a welcoming, safe environment in line with hygiene and service standards
- Work closely with the broader service team to support smooth restaurant operations during regular hours, peak times, and special events
Requirements
- Strong customer facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities
- Experience or familiarity with Food & Beverage and Food Service operations
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or similar hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive, team oriented attitude
- Fluency in English

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Waitress role based in Limassol Municipality. The Waitress will greet guests, present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Daily tasks include setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness of the dining area, and coordinating with the kitchen to handle orders, special requests, and dietary needs.
- The role involves processing payments, addressing guest questions or concerns, and maintaining a welcoming, safe environment in line with hygiene and service standards.
- The Waitress will work closely with the broader service team to support smooth restaurant operations during regular hours, peak times, and special events.
Qualifications
- Strong customer facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities.
- Experience or familiarity with Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including menu knowledge and basic service procedures.
- Basic Cooking knowledge or understanding of kitchen workflows is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or similar hospitality environment preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive, team oriented attitude.
- Fluency in English; additional local or foreign languages are an asset.
