Role Overview
Manage company fleet operations, drivers, transportation schedules, camp accommodation, and camp facilities.
The role includes coordination with internal teams, management, and external service providers.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Manage vehicles, drivers, transportation schedules, and daily fleet operations.
- Ensure vehicles are maintained, serviced, insured, and registered on time.
- Monitor fuel consumption, usage, repairs, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate staff transportation and timely pickup and drop-off.
- Manage camp accommodation, room allocation, cleanliness, maintenance, and facilities.
- Coordinate with catering, housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and UAE regulations.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Handle employee transportation and accommodation concerns.
- Coordinate with management and external service providers.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in fleet, camp, transport, or facilities management.
