Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate marble installation works at the project site.
- Review drawings, specifications, and site measurements before execution.
- Ensure proper cutting, fixing, alignment, leveling, and finishing of marble works.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and other site teams to ensure smooth progress.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work meets required quality standards.
- Monitor daily progress and prepare site reports.
- Coordinate with the project manager and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and project requirements.
- Check material requirements, quantities, and deliveries for marble works.
- Ensure work is completed within the project schedule.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Three to five years of site engineering experience with marble or stone works.
- Good knowledge of marble installation, finishing, and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and team-management skills.
