Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise marble and stone installation works at project sites.
- Review drawings, specifications, measurements, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare material take-offs, work schedules, and site reports.
- Coordinate marble cutting, fabrication, delivery, and installation activities.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and installation issues.
- Ensure work is completed within the approved schedule and quality standards.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field.
- At least eight years of experience as a project engineer, preferably in marble, stone, or interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of marble and stone fabrication and installation.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
- Good knowledge of site coordination, measurements, and project documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
