Role Overview
Prepare technical drawings for marble and stone construction and installation works.
Coordinate drawing development with design, project, fabrication, and site stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed shop, fabrication, cutting-layout, and installation drawings for marble and stone works.
- Develop accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD from architectural and design requirements.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and site measurements.
- Prepare drawings for flooring, walls, stairs, countertops, cladding, vanities, and other stone works.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, project managers, fabricators, and site teams.
- Revise drawings based on consultant or client comments and site conditions.
- Ensure drawings meet project specifications, dimensions, and quality standards.
- Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and technical documents.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of draftsman experience with strong marble and stone experience.
- Excellent AutoCAD knowledge.
- Revit or 3D software knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of marble, granite, natural stone, and engineered stone.
- Ability to interpret architectural and construction drawings.
- Experience preparing shop drawings and fabrication details.
- Knowledge of site measurements, material specifications, and installation details.
- UAE experience and immediate availability are preferred.
