Role Overview

Manage marble and stone projects from planning through completion, including procurement, fabrication, delivery, and installation.

Project Management

  • Plan, manage, and oversee marble and stone projects from start to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and timelines.
  • Manage project budgets and minimize material wastage and additional costs.

Technical and Site Delivery

  • Review drawings, specifications, measurements, and project requirements.
  • Supervise site teams and ensure proper execution of marble works.
  • Coordinate with fabrication teams to ensure accurate production against approved drawings.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and execution issues.

Procurement and Documentation

  • Manage marble selection, procurement, fabrication, delivery, and installation.
  • Prepare progress reports, material schedules, and project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 15 or more years of project management experience with strong experience in marble or stone works.
  • Strong knowledge of marble fabrication, cutting, polishing, and installation.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, shop, and fabrication drawings.

Additional Requirements

  • Experience in project planning, budgeting, procurement, and site coordination.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • UAE experience is preferred.
