Role Overview
Factory Manager responsible for marble factory operations, production activities, workforce supervision, material flow, quality, safety, and delivery performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily marble factory and production operations.
- Plan and monitor marble cutting, polishing, finishing, and fabrication.
- Achieve production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Supervise production staff, machine operators, and factory workers.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, logistics, and site teams.
- Monitor machinery maintenance and reduce production downtime.
- Control utilization of marble slabs, materials, tools, and manpower.
- Maintain production records, inventory, and daily reports.
- Implement safety procedures and company policies.
- Resolve production issues and reduce waste through corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, production, operations, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of factory management experience in the marble or stone industry.
- Strong knowledge of marble cutting, CNC, polishing, edge finishing, and fabrication.
- Experience managing manpower, production, quality, and inventory.
- Leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
