Position Overview

Position based in Abu Dhabi.

Leads client marketing to increase client knowledge, develop clients, and strengthen the boutique's client experience and external influence.

Reports to the Boutique Director and works with sales, learning, fashion, CRM, and marketing teams.

Client Marketing and Analysis

  • Set up and monitor regular client analysis.
  • Maintain client database quality through capture, cleansing, and data extraction.
  • Report marketing activity, boutique client results, competitors, trends, and luxury retail insights.
  • Transform complex data into PowerPoint reports and visual insights supporting clienteling objectives.

Boutique Marketing Activities

  • Set yearly CRM objectives with the Boutique Director and coordinate action plans with CRM and Digital teams.
  • Track individual Fashion Advisor performance.
  • Share CRM tools with the team and implement appropriate guidelines.
  • Ensure implementation and compliance with boutique procedures.

Client Experience

  • Support improvements to client experience and motivate the sales team toward client experience goals.
  • Coordinate client complaints and create action plans to improve service levels.
  • Organize personalized services, gifts, events, fashion shows, treatments, and private appointments.
  • Launch new in-store services and manage existing tools.

Events and Representation

  • Coordinate the organization of boutique events with the Fashion team for the Middle East and India.
  • Complete quantitative and qualitative follow-up of client event feedback.
  • Welcome clients personally during events and appointments and represent the boutique externally.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in operational marketing, CRM, and/or client experience projects.
  • Fashion retail or another luxury environment is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the local market with fashion sensitivity.
  • Strong leadership, communication, attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • English is required; Arabic is a plus.
