The employer is hiring an Export Sales Manager in Sharjah for the skincare and personal care industry.
The role develops international business, export opportunities, customer relationships, and private label manufacturing growth.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 7,000 to 9,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute export sales activities for skincare and personal care products across international markets.
- Identify opportunities and build relationships with international buyers, distributors, importers, and brand owners.
- Use industry networks to expand the company’s presence across potential export markets.
- Develop and manage private label manufacturing opportunities in cosmetics and personal care.
- Understand customer product, commercial, and private label requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, commercial proposals, product information, and export documentation.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and business agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments on requirements, availability, order processing, and export needs.
- Monitor international markets, maintain customer follow-ups, and pursue sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven export sales experience in the skincare or personal care industry is required.
- A strong network of international buyers, distributors, and brand owners is required.
- Knowledge of private label manufacturing and international trade is required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
