Job Responsibilities
- Handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and field operations for paper-machine hydraulic and mechatronic systems.
- Work with modern paper machines, preferably involving complex and multiple hydraulic systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide effective independent solutions.
- Lead, guide, and supervise a technical field team.
- Plan maintenance activities and schedules using CMMS or SAP.
- Take responsibility for technical activities from day one and work effectively under operational requirements.
Job Requirements
- Ten to fifteen years of relevant experience as a paper-machine hydraulic or mechatronic engineer or in a closely related technical role is required.
- Strong hands-on experience with modern paper machines is highly preferred.
- Experience with complex and multiple hydraulic systems is preferred.
- Relevant experience in comparable heavy industries may also be considered.
- Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic and mechatronic systems is required.
- Strong experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and field operations is required.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to lead, guide, and supervise a technical field team are required.
- Experience planning work and scheduling maintenance through CMMS or SAP is required.
- Candidates must be able to independently handle technical issues and work effectively with minimal supervision.
Compensation
- Salary is up to AED 10,000 per month.

- The role is based in Abu Dhabi.
- The position supports paper manufacturing, specifically paper-machine hydraulic and mechatronic systems, with field operations responsibilities.
