An HVAC and MEP contracting client is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive pump sales across the country.
The role covers customer requirements, pump product promotion, project sales, client relationships, and internal coordination through project execution.
Location

Salary
- The salary is AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage pump product and solution sales across assigned territories and customer accounts.
- Recommend pump products and technical solutions based on project specifications and application needs.
- Identify opportunities through market research, consultant and contractor networks, and business development.
- Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and follow up to secure orders.
- Coordinate order processing, project execution, documentation, and customer satisfaction with internal teams.
- Communicate project specifications and technical requirements to the Service Team before Testing and Commissioning.
- Monitor project progress, update clients, resolve concerns, maintain records, and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least five years of proven GCC experience as a Sales Engineer.
- Experience in pumps, HVAC, MEP, or a related engineering industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of pump products, applications, and project sales processes.
- Experience with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users in the GCC market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship management, commercial awareness, and business development skills.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
