An HVAC and MEP contracting client is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive pump sales across the UAE.
The role combines business development, client relationship management, technical pump recommendations, project sales, and internal coordination.
Location and Compensation
- The position is based in Dubai.
- The salary is AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage pump product and solution sales across assigned territories and customer accounts.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable pump products and technical solutions.
- Identify project opportunities through market research, consultant and contractor networks, and business development.
- Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and follow up to secure confirmed orders.
- Coordinate order processing, project execution, documentation, and customer satisfaction with internal teams.
- Communicate project specifications to the Service Team before testing and commissioning.
- Monitor project progress, resolve concerns, and maintain accurate sales and opportunity records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of proven GCC experience as a Sales Engineer.
- Experience in pumps, HVAC, MEP, or a related engineering industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of pump products, applications, and project sales processes.
- Experience with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users in the UAE or GCC market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship management, and commercial development skills.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
