About the Role
One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai seeks an Executive, Learning & Development to facilitate and administer training programs for colleagues. The role involves scheduling training, conducting needs analysis, managing e-learning, and maintaining records.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, facilitation and administration of pre opening training plans and requirements
- Schedule and facilitate all training programs offered at resort level and departmental level
- Assist in administration and facilitation of e learning programs
- Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis and facilitate necessary programs
- Ensure necessary preparation of training handouts, support material & other training related matters
- Ensure training records are accurate and up to date in the learning management system and master database
- Facilitate feedback received from programs and manage them appropriately
- Utilize Development Plans from Individual Performance Appraisals to ensure individual Team Member requirements are followed through
- Liaise with external institutions and organizations for appropriate external programs
- Execute any other duties as assigned by Cluster Learning and Development Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years’ experience in the same capacity in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment
- Previous L&D experience
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to work in a multicultural and challenging working environment

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- To assist in the preparation, facilitation and administration of the pre opening training plans and requirements for the brand

- To assist in administration and facilitation of e learning programs of the brand
- To assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis and to facilitate the necessary programs
- To ensure necessary preparation of training handouts, training support material & other training related matters for scheduled sessions
- To ensure training records are accurate and up to date in the learning management system and master database
- To facilitate the feedback received from programs and to manage and administer them appropriately
- To utilize Development Plans from Individual Performance Appraisals to ensure that individual Team Member requirements that achieve individual and organizational goals are followed through
- To liaise with external institutions and organizations for all appropriate external programs that Team members will be nominated for
- To execute any other duties as assigned by Cluster Learning and Development Manager
