About the Role
The HR Executive supports HR data analytics, reporting, onboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle management.
The role maintains accurate HR data, prepares workforce insights, supports payroll and Time and Attendance processes, and coordinates onboarding.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain HR data and employee records across systems and trackers.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Analyse HR data to support management decision-making.
- Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and related discrepancies.
- Support monthly payroll data submission.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and employee records.
- Support recruitment, interview coordination, offer preparation, and tracking.
- Maintain recruitment and onboarding trackers.
- Support employee engagement, welfare, and HR initiatives.
- Maintain accurate data for payroll, audits, and business requirements.
- Improve HR processes through digitalisation, automation, and data management.
