About the Role
The Commis 3 produces consistent, high-quality food products in the assigned place of work.
The role provides courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service consistent with company standards and procedures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie and Demi Chef with mise-en-place, food production, and distribution according to standard recipes and requirements.
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations while preventing cross-contamination.
- Follow food production, quality, safety, security, and HACCP procedures.
- Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
- Maintain professional appearance, positive conduct, effective communication, and good relationships with colleagues.
- Attend meetings and training and support departmental training activities.
Experience and Educational Requirements
- Hospitality qualification and Basic Food Hygiene Certificate are required.
