Role Overview
Lead and manage culinary operations across industrial catering projects.
Oversee food production, menu planning, recipe standardization, quality assurance, food cost control, and kitchen operations.
Drive continuous culinary improvement across multiple sites while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop standardized recipes and production procedures.
- Optimize kitchen productivity and monitor food quality and presentation.
- Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, QHSE, and Stores on production planning, hygiene, inventory, and cost control.
- Mentor kitchen teams, develop culinary talent, and introduce innovative menu concepts.
- Maintain consistency across all catering operations.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Food Production, or a related discipline.
- Professional culinary certifications and HACCP or food safety certifications are advantageous.
- At least 8 years of progressive culinary experience, including 3 years as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
- Experience in large-scale industrial catering, remote camp, oil and gas, military, healthcare, or institutional catering.
