Role Overview

  • We are looking for a high performing Enterprise Sales Consultant with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
  • This is a pure business development role, responsible for identifying, engaging, and winning new enterprise level clients across key markets and building long term strategic relationships.
  • This role suits a commercially driven “hunter” who thrives in a fast paced, target led environment and has a proven track record of winning new logos at enterprise level.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive end to end new business development across enterprise accounts
  • Identify, prospect, and engage senior decision makers within target organisations
  • Build and execute a structured outbound sales strategy (cold outreach, networking, referrals, events, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to close
  • Develop strong value based sales conversations focused on client challenges and solutions
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and activity targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Stay market aware and identify new opportunities for growth within target sectors

Key Requirements

  • Proven track record in a pure new business / hunter sales role
  • Experience selling B2B solutions at mid to enterprise level
  • Strong ability to build pipeline from scratch (not account management–focused)
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders and C level decision makers
  • Highly target driven with a strong commercial mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, performance led environment
