- Drive end to end new business development across enterprise accounts
- Identify, prospect, and engage senior decision makers within target organisations
- Build and execute a structured outbound sales strategy (cold outreach, networking, referrals, events, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to close
- Develop strong value based sales conversations focused on client challenges and solutions
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and activity targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Stay market aware and identify new opportunities for growth within target sectors
Requirements
- Proven track record in a pure new business / hunter sales role
- Experience selling B2B solutions at mid to enterprise level
- Strong ability to build pipeline from scratch
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and C level decision makers
- Highly target driven with a strong commercial mindset

Role Overview
- We are looking for a high performing Enterprise Sales Consultant with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
- This is a pure business development role, responsible for identifying, engaging, and winning new enterprise level clients across key markets and building long term strategic relationships.
- This role suits a commercially driven “hunter” who thrives in a fast paced, target led environment and has a proven track record of winning new logos at enterprise level.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
