Role Overview

  • As Team Leader – Technology Recruitment (180 Delivery), you will lead, coach, and develop a high performing team of delivery focused Technology Recruiters responsible for sourcing and placing technology professionals across the United States.
  • Your primary focus will be driving delivery excellence, recruiter performance, candidate quality, and team development while partnering closely with Business Development Managers and Account Managers.
  • This is a hands on leadership role where you'll combine team management with strategic hiring support, process improvement, and mentoring.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technology Recruitment Consultants operating in a 180 delivery model.
  • Create a high performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular one to one meetings, performance reviews, coaching sessions, and career development planning.
  • Support onboarding and training of new recruiters.
  • Monitor team performance against agreed KPIs and delivery metrics.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging team environment.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of technology recruitment assignments across the US market.
  • Ensure recruiters consistently deliver high quality candidate shortlists within agreed SLAs.
  • Drive best practice across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management.
  • Partner with Business Development Consultants and Account Managers to prioritise requirements and maximise delivery success.
  • Resolve delivery challenges and support recruiters on complex or niche searches.
  • Champion best practice in candidate sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and market mapping.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Technology Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership, team lead, or mentoring capacity.
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring recruitment consultants within a delivery or 180 recruitment model.
  • Strong background recruiting technology professionals across the US market.
  • Experience leading teams supporting permanent and/or contract technology recruitment.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and people management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Highly organised with strong planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Commercial awareness with a passion for building high performing recruitment teams.
  • Experience working with ATS and recruitment technologies.
  • Comfortable working US business hours from Dubai (3pm–11pm or 4pm–12am UAE time).
